JEWEL MONSTER provides jewelry design generation, structured specs and itemized quotes, workshop matching and finished-product delivery. The site is in prototype stage: the design studio is login-free and design-fee-free, and quotes are market-reference estimates (AUD), not final transaction prices.
Precious-metal prices follow Shanghai Gold Exchange live quotes; colored gems follow the site’s full colored-gem price database. Market swings and database-update delays may cause estimates to differ from actual prices.
The design studio and browsing need no registration. Ordering, saving works, and the merchant / Makers spaces require an account — please fill in accurate details and keep them safe.
Do not use the site for illegal trades, infringing designs (including unauthorized trademarks, anime IP and protected works), bulk scraping, or interference with normal service.
The design brief you enter and the design generated from it belong to you; we use them for production, display or promotion only with your explicit permission.
Your submitted designs must not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, patent or other rights. You bear any disputes or liability arising from your submissions.
The site’s interface, code, copy, price database and visual assets are ours; do not copy, mirror or use them commercially without permission.
Orders can be cancelled before production starts; once in production, bespoke nature means no change-of-mind returns. Quality issues or mismatch with the approved proof are handled per after-sales.
A natural gem’s color, inclusions and texture are determined by nature; the physical piece is final, and slight variation is not a quality defect.
QC & certificates: you may choose domestic NGTC or international GRS/GIA etc. testing as needed; fees and turnaround follow order confirmation.
Quotes estimate itemized materials, labor and craft fees; the final confirmed price at order applies. Payment and settlement follow the order-confirmed method.
If we cannot fulfill due to violent market swings, unavailable materials or infeasible craft, we’ll discuss with you a material swap, process change or refund.
Our designs and renders are for reference only; the physical product is final. We are not liable for indirect losses from using the service.
Terms update with the service and are published here; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
