Yes. You do not need to know what a prong or bezel setting is — we propose options and explain the pairing. All you have to say is I like it, or try another.
The design stage is free — revise as much as you like. Production only begins after you confirm the order and pay.
Everything is itemized: center and accent stones from our colored-stone price database, precious metals converted from live Shanghai Gold Exchange quotes, jade by grade table, plus labor, design and certificate fees.
The precious metal portion floats with the market, so we price it from live quotes. When gold moves beyond a threshold the material cost of the same design changes — that is real, not us adjusting margins.
Stripe (international cards + Alipay + WeChat Pay, via Australian ABN) is coming online soon — see the Payment Plan page. For now you can finish the design and quote, then confirm the order and payment with a human contact.
It depends on the category and craft. Plain bands and simple pendants usually take 10–15 working days; pavé-set rings about 15–25; jade carving and complex settings are quoted individually.
For diamond or high-value colored stone centers we can issue a GIA or NGTC certificate, itemized in the quote. Plain pieces and melee stones usually come with an atelier warranty card.
Insured SF Express within mainland China; timing and insurance for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas are confirmed case by case. High-value orders can be collected in store or hand-delivered.
Custom orders can be cancelled in full before production starts. Once started, personalized work is irreversible and returns are generally not available. If the piece does not match the final approved spec, we refund in full.
Every piece you make is stored in your showcase with its full spec. To resize, change metal or add stones, just regenerate a version from the original.
Your design, dimensions and engraving text are used only for production and delivery. We do not publish your work by default — sharing to the live feed or showcase is your choice.
